YellowBelly Winter Solstice Ale
A juicy, fruity hop salad NEIPA. Generously dry-hopped with Amarillo, Cascade, Cashmere and Citra hops but also with some steam distilled Cascade Hop Oil. Notes of melon, tropical fruit and ruby red grapefruit. Pairs well with fish dishes, charcuterie and creamy cheeses.
